Time is flying! It’s September already and I just realized we’ve hardly posted any senior photos from the later half of the summer. We’ve had some great guys and gals in the studio lately, so we picked one favorite from each of our recent sessions to share.

As usual, we’ve had a few more girls than guys, but the guys definitely hold their own! Autumn’s gotten a few good “walking shots” with her guys at the court house, including the one shown here:

Another new find – a graphitti wall in downtown Greensburg – is a popular locale for both guys and girls:

But, as usual, the girls beat the boys in their outfit selections and accessories. For example, these senior girls played up bold patterns and bright colors – Emily in her dress and Kelsey in her hot-pink retro tennis shoes.

Another senior, Karlee, also had a great patterned dress, though you can’t see much of it in this photo! But what also caught our eye with Karlee was her feathered hair accessory. So cool!

But no matter the setting or the style, senior photos are all about capturing the senior’s personality and sense of self as they close the door on their high school, and even, childhood years. That’s why we love natural, photojournalistic candids like shot… Always our favorite!
