When you think about the role of an intern in a company, what generally comes to mind? Getting coffee and pastries, filing paperwork, organizing, running errands; behind the scenes work, right? But an internship is so much more than that! Working one to one with Autumn has given me the opportunity to shadow her during a couple of photo shoots and do much more than just stereotypical intern duties. (more…)

In the last month, SkySight has had the pleasure of working three distinctly themed weddings. The themes varied in their focus and extensiveness, but all were definitely a step apart from a typical wedding – sans theme.

The first in our series of themed weddings was Susan and Tom’s wedding on July 3. This out-of-town couple lives full-time in Boulder, CO, but were married in Pittsburgh’s south side Morning Glory Inn during a quite and relaxed Sunday ceremony. (more…)

We had a lovely and romantic engagement session this month at Hartwood Acres, a 629-acre Allegheny County park located north of Pittsburgh. Bride-to-be Valerie and her finance met Autumn for a sunset session at the park, mansion and grounds that comprise Hartwood.
